Can anyone tell me what is going on with this variegated Hoya?

This was received as a small cutting two years ago. It has grown very slowly but has been very healthy. I have taken two cuttings from it to share with family.

Last year I moved from a house to an apartment, closer to the beach. The wind and salt air have been a challenge, wrecking havoc on everything. I've gone to great lengths to find the right spot for everything, with a choice between the open atrium gallery with mottled all day filtered light and a relatively sunny balcony ... Strong morning sun; dappled in the afternoon.

All of my Hoyas are in the open gallery on tables and seemed happy until two months ago. Suddenly, this one appears to be drying out. The leaves are faded, soft, thin, and perpetually wrinkled. What happened and is there anything I can do to save it?

As a reference, these Hoyas have all grown and bloomed well in the gallery ...
