What would look best for my dining room. ??

1. Paint whole wall including the molding one color? “Repose Gray”
2. Paint wall Repose and the molding WHITE?
3. Put up wainscoting on bottom part and paint it and molding white and wall Repose? We are thinking of putting up
   Crown molding as well.
