I would use a classic white subway tile. No to those samples in my opinion.

I, too, say no to the samples. A simple subway tile would be my choice.

Thank you everyone who responded so far. I really appreciate it. I would really appreciate If anyone can also share some good subway tile examples that may go well in my kitchen. Also, I was thinking about getting a single quartz stone just to avoid the too many grout lines (May be white with some brown/grey vein). Do you think it will look good?

I'd do a stainless steel tile. There's all sorts of styles out there now. Some flat, some dimensional. Put some flash in there, it'd look very clean with the gray and white in the granite. I used it in a high rise kitchen I did and people loved it. I used the smaller size in the bottom picture.
