They look like Phacelia tanacetifolia, normally grown as a green manure. Mixed up? I’m dubious. Sounds like a scam to me.

Yes, I would have guessed the source was China (from what I read), which is notorious to sending weedseeds as to rare and exotic plants.
Did you buy off Ebay?

just as an aside.. your seedlings are etoliated ... lacking proper light.. whatever they are ....

did you sterilize your media... and can you rule out weed seed in your media???

Floral, that certainly looks possible. Of course out of all the possible plants on the planet earth, there are plenty that are possible! :)
