living room furniture set up help please

Hello, we recently moved into our home and still trying to figure out how to layout the furniture in our long 11x 22ft living room. Any advice please would be greatly appreciated :)

Couches are staying but we are open to ideas for other new furniture pieces.

That tv size is temporary , we have a 75” in our garage that we have not unpacked yet because we have not finalized the set up.

The end of the room has a doll play house and the 8 cube storage organizer has toys.

I think so at least for some time, its convenient to have the girls play where We can see them.
I am open to moving it anywhere else within the room or I can possibly move the doll house and cube organizer to the second living room/dining room area.

This is a toughie. Are you open to possibly reworking your layout. I don’t think this room is conducive to tv watching and having a separate area for toys.
The location is great tho.
The one thing I’d consider doing here is combining the play area with the tv area and couches. And the rest of the room should be more formal. What do you think of that?

Yes definitely open to rework the layout, Tv watching is the main thing for this room. 😊
