I'm looking at Thermador and Wolf for double wall oven (electric) and gas (propane) cooktop--there are so many positives/negatives about both that I'm paralyzed by indecision. ANY recommendations are greatly appreciated! I am replacing a Miele cooktop and double wall oven that I've had since 2004 -- not going back to Miele for cooking appliances, too many oddball aggravations. I'm a regular cook/baker so the appliances will get a lot of use. Ideally I'd like a cooktop that's easy to clean (not the tidiest of cooks). The Thermador does have the side opening doors, which is a plus for accessibility, but my head is turned by the Wolf. Please help!
