Opinions on small bath layout/fixtures

Tell me what you think. The two main differences are that two have a wall mounted medicine cabinet, ledge below, and asymmetric single sconce next to the vanity. The other two have an arched inset medicine cabinet with centered vanity light and no ledge. The other differences are light fixtures and finishes.
