How to fix Bathroom Faucet Splashing

I am remodeling the bathroom and have couple questions to professional plumbers. I bought the Brizo Siderna collection and it looks like sink faucet extends too far in the sink. The water flows to the edge of the drain and it gives tiny splashes to the front. Also could be because of the sink design. Please recommend what could be done, or I need to change to smaller faucet. Pictures of the sink layout and faucet attached.

You push the Steam Straightener up into the faucet's spout.

You have to remove the Valve Cartridge to access the Flow Regulator.

Easiest fix is a faucet with a lower spout.

Yea, this is what I was thinking too. Not sure if it will fix the issue but definitely worse the try. Thanks!

Even easier: partially close the shutoff valves under the sink to lower the water pressure.

We tried closing the valves, doesn’t help much only if the pressure is really low and water goes directly down to the drain hole. I also read the reviews for this faucet (which I should have done before purchasing:) and many people are experiencing the same issue. I called Brizo today they offered to send me some replacement parts but the faucet is barely new not like I need to fix something. I also saw on their specs papers tgere is an aerator that controls the flow , the only thing I don’t understand if this surstor attached in the bottom of the faucet or it’s something inserted inside. The 2 parts I circled on the picture is what they are sending me, not sure if it will help.

The faucet is too high above the top of the sink. This happens in one of our 3 bathrooms that has a similar height faucet. Our other two bathrooms have lower arc faucets with zero problems. At work, we have same problem with high arc faucet in one sink vs. low arc in another.
