Need help with large, blank wall in dining room

We have been in our "new" home for almost 2 years. While the majority of the house has been decorated and mostly done, our dining room wall sits bare. We would like to paint it with an accent color (or not; we are open to ideas), or maybe a neat feature? The dining table is a custom piece, as are several other pieces in our living room. The first photo is our dining room and the blank wall; all others for for aesthetic reference.

I am really stumped on what to do with this wall. Please help!

I would do a wallpaper with a soft, vintage pattern. You have an eclectic mix of styles in these rooms and I think something calm and classic would look really interesting ... as well as highlight the wonderful natural light in there and not compete with your more bold elements.

And I love a big round mirror over it. It would be amazing at reflecting the natural light and your chandelier.

Normally, I’m all for going extra bold with accent walls, but your house has a very peaceful, serene feel, and I don’t think it needs a jarring wallpaper print or color.

ETA: Grasscloth is another idea — it comes in a variety of colors.

With Dining Room wall decor you have to vary your selections.

Art on one wall then Mirror on the other wall

Art on one wall then Wall Decor on the other wall.

Almost never art on both walls because one wall should be more important to focus attention.

I would have placed your art on your long wall but I can see that it is not really long enough to support that wall so that leaves wall decor or mirrors on the long wall.

IMO Color wise - I'm not seeing how the rug goes with the wall decor. Before you go any further, I'd like to see an overall plan for a unified and cohesive look. If you would like to discover your style, put in top search box different styles (one at a time) such as casual, transitional, etc.

I'd put one large framed mirror on the back wall, adjacent to the sliders so it reflects the light and view outdoors. Leave your artwork on the wall directly across from the sliders.
