You can paint anything that is wood. Are you ordering new? If so, they can be pre-finished in most cases.

+1 to WoW's comments. Certainly a raw wood interior can and has been painted black, I'd also recommend a factory finish if its not too late to do so.

If you are asking more from a design perspective, then pics would indeed help.

You should also order the screens and hardware in black if again, not too late.
