Safe to use vintage Wolf commercial oven in home?

Hey everyone, my first post here! My wife & I are renovating an old apartment owned by my father. It has a commercial Wolf CH-4-18 that's been sitting in there for years. My plan was to completely disassemble, clean and reassemble it in working order for use in the apartment. It's from 1979 & uses a standing pilot for the oven & burners. Upon looking into these commercial units, I see that the sides also get very hot, so it needs to be enclosed in a non-combustable material. At this point, I'm just wondering if it's more trouble than it's worth. I love disassembling / tinkering / restoring things & am confident I could take care of that part of it, but even in perfect working order, would this be a safety hazard in a modern home?
