I feel like this is a family room type look. But you can use as dining room if that works better for you

But I guess to answer your question, if you do end up using this as a dining room:
There’s not much room for much so a rug, table, chairs, maybe a bench on one side, what’s your style?
Maybe wallpaper on the walls.

It’s kind of all open the living room in front of the kitchen I’m guessing and then I thought that would be the djning area

Would it be weird to have dining table closer to kitchen and small sitting area next to fire place with kids stuff?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the layout. I'm seeing two fireplaces, one white, one stone. Is that correct? Could you perhaps provide a floor plan because I don't quite get where the kitchen island is in relation to the stone fireplace.

I don’t have a floor plan i need to see if I am able to get one. There are two and the space is wide open. The kitchen space is kind of in between them but it’s all open. Thats why I’m stuck. it’s literally a emp open space with two fire places and a small

kitchen off to the side/middle.

I see you started another thread and the great Houzzers there agreed with me in having the stone FP as the living room and the entry area as dining. It doesn’t have to be a very formal dining area. We can work with the space! Very cute house!
