How do you figure out if a bathroom sink will fit into a custom vanity

I'm changing out my corian counter to quartz. The oval sink was built in. I'm going to buy a rectangular drop in sink. My current vanity has three holes and I will do a one hole faucet. But everytime I find one I like, I worry that it wont fit. Anyone have an easy way to figure it out? Also what type of sink is most scratch resistant? Anyone recently do the same thing. The custom vanity top is 21" from the facing wall to the end of the counter and 72.5 length. But under the sink I measure 19" from wall to end of vanity. So the inside of the bottom of the sink is 26" height by 33" wide. And no I wont complicate things by doing two sinks. We actually like leaving our things on the counter space. Thanks!
