Furniture placement in odd shaped space

Hi, we are wanting to downsize into a condo and this one checks most of our requirements, but I’m having a hard time visualizing how to place my furniture for a little ‘wow’ factor.
We need to fit in a dining table with 6 chairs, a medium sized hutch, 60 inch TV (with or without stand), a bookcase approx 8 ft wide, a couch. I have 2 occasional chairs and tiny table but these don’t have to go in here if no room. My hubby needs a recliner so will have to purchase one, if not two. And of course the usual end table & coffee table, thinking of purchasing new (maybe an upholstered ottoman type). I do have a behind the sofa table, but don’t need to include either.
The kitchen looks like it has an island in floor plan, but it is a solid wall. Also I’m planning to use the sitting room for all our nostalgia collection...jukeboxes, coke machines, and etc.
Any ideas and input very much appreciated. Trying to attach the floor plan here, but it’s not working. May have to add later 🤷🏼‍♀️

Can your hutch fit along the kitchen wall? The floorplan doesn't delineate all the dimensions, so hard to know.

your new living room/dining area is 20 x 17.7. What are the dimensions in your current home for where all of your furniture now sits-- Did you have a separate dining room, a separate living room and a separate family room? If so, measure the relevant rooms and compare to your new place.

Your sitting room is 9.6 x 14. What are the dimensions of the room that currently houses your collection of jukeboxes, coke machines, etc. Perhaps measure those machines to get an idea as to how many you will be able to fit into the sitting room.

Actually, it might be a good idea to measure all of the furiture you will be bringing to get a feel for how it will fit in the rooms.

@Sammie J yes I am thinking that wall will accommodate my hutch, but was wondering if it would look obstructive at the end of coming down the stairs? I realize I may need to book appointment to see it to get dimensions, you’re right. With lockdowns here, was trying to avoid unless I was certain it would be suitable. Thank you.

@misecretary. Thanks also for your comments. Currently we are in a house, so collection is spread out throughout open plan basement/entertainment room. We need to condense the collection, and the big items will fit in the sitting room. 🙂. Currently our living, dining room is an L shape on main floor of house with sm TV. The large TV and bookcase is in our basement, again we need to combine the function of 2 areas into one. I agree will need to measure out our furniture to make sure it fits inner dimensions. Thanks!
