Redo it with the acrylic walls it was designed for Ot get a custom glass door built from a glass shop.

That’s got to be redone anyway. The poor tiling job says that there was no waterproofing done underneath.

Yeah, unfortunately I see zero chances of making that work. Rip out is in your cards or shell out big bucks for a custom curved glass unit..

Those units are not designed to work with tile. Its a redo.

But what are they designed to work with? The back 2 walls of the shower need to have something on them, so what was this system designed to have there? What do the installation instructions say?

They are meant to be used with the acrylic walls. Not with tile. Unfortunetly the only solution is to start

Most of these units are advertised as being for use with either acrylic or tiled walls, so it's really hard to say. I'm with Weedy -- seems like it shouldn't matter what's on the wall if the wall is placed at the correct flange line.

Tina, it's hard to tell where it doesn't fit without actually setting the doors up onto the base as they should be -- another photo?

What brand is the kit? What does the manufacturer say?

I am having the exact same problem and it looks like the same shower pan and door kit I have. I was thinking the upper and lower frame could be cut a half inch then it would fit?? How did you solve this problem? Thanks, Kim
