Would solar lighting work? Six or seven foot tall lamp posts set a few feet away from driveway edges are much less likely than foot-high fixtures to be hit by trucks and mowers.

Thank you so much. This is so helpful. Those Volt lights look great and are the right price but my electrician said I need line voltage lighting because that is what I already have. I'm searching online to see if that is available but not exactly sure what to look for.

I'm not an electrician, but presumably the electricity for your present lights originates at your house and the wires extend out from there to power the lights. If so, an appropriate transformer could be wired in at the house (or plugged in to a line voltage outlet) (line voltage in, low-voltage out) and then new low voltage wiring could be laid from the transformer to your path and driveway area to power low-voltage lights. I think you will have greater success locating suitable low-voltage fixtures rather than line voltage ones. Can you attach a picture of your house and the areas where the present lights are located?

Installing a PVC "sleeve" for the wiring can be a DYI project. Here are the basic requirements.

In the latter part of the video, he describes how to bury the low-voltage cable: dig a shallow trench, put the cable in it, and cover it up. As noted here, line-voltage wire has to be installed deeper than low-voltage. However, I don't see any reason why you couldn't re-use line-voltage wire as low-voltage by simply adding a transformer to the circuit as shown in the video.

Home Depot sells landscape lighting. If you click the "Low Voltage" button you'll see a lot more of the dark-sky type fixtures you're looking for than if you click the "Line Voltage" button.

RAB Lighting is used all the time for landscape lighting.

If you require Floodlights for trees etc RAB has a post that gets inserted into the ground which the conduit gets fed through to the floodlight. I always order them with the auxiliary outlets attached so that if Xmas lights get installed there is a location to provide the electricity easily.
