New Slab covered in small cracks

Hi, we’re building a new house. It’s 2900sq ft with a two car garage. The foundation sits on a 3’ deep x 2’ wide footing with rebar and then a fully grouted block stem wall, 4 blocks high, with some vertical rebar and top horizontal rebar. The slab was just poured two days ago. The entire house slab is covered in very narrow but long interconnecting cracks like in the photos. Is this a concern? Interestingly, the garage slab looks perfect.

Also, there is supposed to be a slab underlayment. Would they have put it in under the dirt?
