Roof color for mixed brown brick with brown trim and cream stucco

The existing roof is a redish brown, this doesn't come across great in the photograph since the roof is wet. It all seems to me an overload of brown. Some people have suggested a dark grey roof, but I'm not sure that would go great with the brown trim. I'd like to not take on painting all of the trim at the moment. I also think keeping the gutters and downspouts a brown shade to help them blend into the brick, going black or white would make them stand out more.

I've leaning toward OC Colonial Slate since it has some grey, but also red and green to give more future flexibility. I thought this might be good since actual slate roofs tend to work great with the cream and brown of Tudor style homes. I also don't have a great eye for house exterior so would appreciate thoughts and guidance!
