sulfur smell at the bathroom sink overflow

We replaced our porcelain bowl sink and fixtures in the bathroom vanity. It is a Kohler sink and Pfizer faucet including pop up drain stop. Since replacing there is a horrific sulfer smell when I run either hot or cold water . it seems to come from the drain and overflow . I run a chlorine /hot water mix through the drain and overflow daily. Helps for a day at most. The other bathroom plumbing has no problem . Prior to replacing never an issue ..what can I do to fix this ....thanks
