Lots of tiles come in both 12x24 and in 2x2 moziac, have you had a chance to visit your local tile stores? Happy Floors tiles for example.

Thank you! I do see them in stores but not seeing pictures of them installed. I'm wondering if I should just use one or two different tiles for a bit of contrast.

Support your local independent tile store! They usually carry a wide selection for all budgets. Look on Houzz and you will find plenty of photos of bathrooms using the same model tile for all surfaces, but in different sizes and finishes ... matte for floors and polished for walls.

Same tiles will give the effect of constrained in a box. Use some contrast to avoid dismal look.

I would suggest using same tile in different size formats. The 2 x 2 on shower floor could be used as accent on wall set between 2 pieces of Schluter metal trim ( same metal as fixtures).
