In addition to the bed you need a wardrobe for hanging clothes. Some have drawers and shelves inside, but others have more room to hang longer coats, dresses, etc. Take a look at these IKEA wardrobes. If most of your clothes can be folded you might also prefer a chest of drawers. Just make sure any furniture you buy will fit in the space available. It can be helpful to take a tape measure with you when shopping.

If you wish to use the other side of the bedroom as a social area, consider using a chest of drawers or other furniture as a room divider. Set a TV on top of the furniture and a couch opposite that.

There's just not a lot of room, so look for furniture with narrow arms. European furniture tends to be smaller because living space is smaller. Also consider having another social space in the room with the kitchen. It can be around the kitchen table, but there might also be space for a couple of comfortable chairs and a side table.

I don't understand how you'll ever be able to cook on the range stuck in the corner with the closet blocking it! However, here is an idea you might incorporate into the bed recess. This is a large dormer window seat, but if you can get a thinner foam mattress that could be cut to size, you could just pull it out and make it up with a fitted bottom sheet with the flat top sheet sewn to it at the foot.. Then push it back into the recess. Could serve as a lounging spot at other times.
