Realtors pics are not the way to get a feel for a space . I would try to get meausrements of the actual spce and then do a to scale drawing on graph paper showing windows door ways , where the doorways lead . The cut out your furniture to the same scale and play with the pieces . Your space now looks much larger than 15 x16 but again those realtoes pics distort

You might consider deleting your links to the walk throughs. When you open it, it posts your new address.

With that said, the best way to plan is to follow the advice given by @Patricia Colwell Consulting above.

Since your current space is larger than the new space, after you follow Patricia's advice and have a plan, you can can test the plan by moving your furniture into the new arrangement. Use cardboard to set up any walls/windows/doorways that you need to visualize.

The other option is to measure your existing furniture, then go over to your new home and use painter's tape to tape out the footprints of each piece. I find that often helps people more than scale drawings.
