You have nice wide casing around the windows. I would paint the casing white and skip the shutters.

No shutters. Both white on white and dark with white trim would look good.

I agree a nice crisp white for that trim and no shutters Maybe window boxes on a couple of lower windows but they are hard to keep looking good all summer and unless you are palnning seasonal plantings they look pretty awful all winter .What color are you planning for the siding? I think another green maybe a bit less minty more sage and then a nice bright color for the front door maybe a coral

Here are some of my favorite combos. Darker sage with a pumpkin door, and khaki with a dark red door.
