The yellow paint on the walls highlights the pink in the floor stain.

Avoid blues and greens too. The contrast will bring out the red/pink in the floor.

Curious what you ended up with. I just had my floors refinished and they have the pink hue as well. Trying to figure out how to tone it down. My walls are gray

I’m having a similar issue, though in my case the floors received are a different shade than the sample and are reading pink. Our walls are still in drywall, but I’ll need to choose paint soon.

Same problem here. I just had my floors stained today, and they look pink :( They don't look at all like the sample. Shoudl I use an oil sealer to deepen the color? Will that help with the pink?
