The Galley vs Havens kitchen sink ... or any Other workstation sinks?

I'm looking for a 2 faucet sink, ranging from 56-60 inches, somewhere in that ballpark.

Has anyone been in the marry-go-round comparing prices to quality to customer service, etc?? I've kinda of narrowed down to Havens vs Galley, but I'm open to anything. I really want something that will last a lifetime. I've researched a bit here on Houzz and some people pointed out that the Galley is pricier than Havens, but not by much, but Havens has better workmanship on their welding.

Who has a workstation sink and are you happy with it?? Let's discuss! :)

I have a 36 in Haven's copper legacy sink and it is perfection. It drains wells, the copper is super durable, the ledge is great for prep with a cutting board and I got the sponge caddy. We have absolutely no regrets, any scratches just patina right over and it never has an icky film like our old lg hi macs (corian type material) sink did. It doesn't need any sort of grate in the bottom like you see in stainless steel sinks. Alex from Havens was really great to work with as far as customer service.

Which sink did you end up with? why did you choose it and are you happy with it?

I ordered a Rachiele stainless 42” workstation sink- It’s due to arrive in April. The project isn’t starting until end of the spring but I will circle back once it’s installed and in use.

I ended up ordering the 4’ Galley it had the accessories i wanted, included in the price. they recently added a 6th accessory as part of what is included that we liked. the quotes i got from rachiele and Haven, with accessories i didnt really like (Havens were heavy), ended up more expensive than the galley

Hi Jen! Were you able to get your project done? I’d love to hear how it went, or is going, with your workstation sink.

Our project has been delayed but I will let you know once it’s finished

@HU-426144764 are you happy with the quality of the Galley? I’m think of going that direction because of the total cost with accessories. Are the side corners a wide enough radius to clean with a regular sponge or so you need to get the toothbrush out? And is it deep enough front to back because of the dual tier design, or it too short to fit larger items?

We have the 40” Rachiele workstation sink and love it! stainless steel. very functional and easy to clean. Its plenty deep front to back. love it!

    Here’s my splurge (Rachiele
    Sink)

40” size is great! It’s big, but it’s not too big and has many functions

I use the metal rack as an additional dry rack for larger items if needed.

If I have dirty dishes in the sink but I’m prepping a meal, I just tuck them under the cutting board/dryer rack and use the right side of sink 👍

I do regret getting a non-professional faucet. I will be swapping it out so that I could get better access to the corners of sink. Definitely go with professional faucet!
