You are looking for a unicorn. These chairs looked stained and would need to be stripped and restained or painted. However,the foot rails are a point of wear and will eventually look worn. Life and kids will happen and your stools will show it’s age eventually. FYI, you will probably have better luck leaving the factory stain.

OK thanks. I do know how to stain and refinish would very well, I think I will send it down to the wood and then staying with black beans instead of black paint
