Counter will land past wall (wall isn't long enough)

Hello,

I have a design dilemma. Cabinets are in, and they look great. The placement is correct as per design, and I knew this was going to be close after the install so this issue doesn't come as a complete surprise.

I'm getting counters with a 1.5 inch overhang and a 1 inch rounded outside corners. On two end cabinets there are walls. These walls leave 3/4 inch and 1 +1/4 inch space respectively. Neither wall will leave the entire 1.5 inch space so that the counter "lands" on the wall...

What's the best plan here? I could build out either of the walls the required 3/4 inch, or 1/4 inch (respectively) but that seems a bit overkill (think corner bead, ugh). But it seams to me that we either have the counter extend on the ends only 3/4 (to match on both sides), or go the full 1.5 inches and let it overhang on the wall?

The 3/4 inch wall leads into a hall that leads to the laundry. The 1.25 inch wall leads to the open floor.

Here are the photos.
