Could you please share some images of Brazilian Cherry solid hardwood?

Hello,

Could someone please share some images with brazilian cherry from Bellawood / Limber Liquidators?

I am looking to see how it looks after 1 year or more, to see how it changed in color, so how it changed in the light.

Thank you!

IMO LL is not where to buy flooring and Brazilian cherry looks different in different lighting and natural light . It changes color with UV exposure and IMO a very busy floor . Why are you thinking this floor ?

It's a very dramatic floor and not to everyone's taste. If it's your forever home, who cares, but IMO would negatively affect future resale value as it is a very specific style choice.

Thank you @Patricia Colwell Consulting. I am looking at something that would work with my current built-in furniture and kitchen. Uploading an image with this, as sample:

I am open to other types of wood that would be similar color with furniture. I am not sure how brazilian cherry will change its color, and I am concerned about that.

The house is a classical 2006 house, and I would like to add new flooring without a full remodel, since it looks quite nice. I don’t have budgets limits for the floor, and looking for good quality and to look nice.

Thanks again very much for your message.

We installed BC from LL 18 years ago. They have held up beautifully, and we still get complements on our floors to this day. Yes they lighten up natually, but I've never really given that a second thought.

i really dont understand why people bash LL on here. Many people where i live use them.

Here are some images of Brazilian cherry put in by the previous owners of our house. It is about 14 years old in these photos. Cabinets are Kraftmaid maple put in at the same time. It might help you visualize with your cabinets. Not sure what colour it was when installed but it was quite faded near the garden doors where it received afternoon sun. It was all a bit too orange for me and butted up against red oak in the rest of the house includding the adjoining formal dining room. We ended up replacing with a stone look LVP until we redo the kitchen with some big structural changes in 5 years. There were also some quite large gaps between some of the planks and our flooring guy said that happens with tropical woods in Canada likely due to low humidity in the winter and no humidifier (but it was summer so not sure why there were gaps in some spots. I am sure it can look great but think about how well it will go with your cabinets and if you like that much orange/red all in one room. It was a bit too much for us. Walls are BM Swiss Coffee for reference of what other colours were in the room. Hope this helps!

It's too darn red..........: ( The big reason it fell from favor even in calmer pre finished varieties.) PS You had another thread, so there was no reason to start another......

I'd go back to the drawing board,
