Kim, thank you for reaching out. The wood floors in this space were refinished. I don't have a specific name for the wood type or finish that was used. Our flooring guys were able to arrive at the finished color after they applied the stains to various samples. Our client then chose from those samples.

This might(?) be red oak. It looks a lot like my floor. Red oak does pick up a lot of red when stained (obviously), so choose your color stain carefully. I wish we had gone a bit cooler but it is what it is.
