Well, you run out of hot water twice as fast if they are both on.

Another thought: Perhaps instead of two shower heads, you might want a walk in tub w/ sauna jets giving you a water pressure "massage" from the side rather than overhead... especially if they are recycling the water in the tub rather than draining your water heater and ending up flushing more of your hot water down the drain..

We had two shower heads in a previous house. It’s one of the big things I miss about that house. I had my shower head adjusted to my height so it didn’t spray on my hair and the temperature was preset to the hot I like. I had my own space for shampoo, face soap, my pink razor. Mr. Wonderful had his shower head adjusted so the spray came right onto his face at the cooler temperature he prefers. All his shampoo, etc was on a shelf on his side.

We had two shower heads in our previous house and I realized I really prefer showering alone. DH’s soap suds would land on me while we were showering together. Not a fan. We put in a single hand held on a slide bar for our current shower. I lower it for me because I am short but DH can raise it to where he likes it. We have a niche and a ledge so there is plenty of room for both our products.

My “other” is what we have in our large corner main bath shower with the two tiled walls meeting at the corner, and glass on the the other sides and for the door. On one main tiled wall we have a fixed shower head. On the other, we have a handheld shower head on a slide bar, but set high enough to act as a second shower head, but with a flexible “hose” to use as a hand held also.

I had two; I loved two; I moved to California and water is too scarce. I have one; I love one!

Yes to two, but not set up like the photo -- IMO, that's really 2 showers that aren't divided, not 2 shower heads in 1 shower. In my opinion, 2 shower heads in 1 shower implies that a person can enjoy both on at the same time, in my opinion. I'd love that.......an upper shower head to rain down, and a mid-level shower head (or 2) as well. My brother had 5 (1 above, 4 mid-body) and he called it a "car wash". They loved it.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of more than one shower head. But if you find it cool do it, be you be unique.

I have only used showers with one shower head. My shower is time I love spent alone. I would not want to shower with my hubby; I love him and love spending time with him: but not showering. I know he would feel the same! Another shower head is more to clean. We have seperate bathrooms. He uses the ensuite one for showers. I use one down the hall. Growing up we had only one bathroom for 5 people, same goes for my college years. I love having my own bathroom!!!

I don't know about two heads. But one head, a hand held and a couple of body jets. YES!

Nothing like a warm body spray to relax and you don't have to use everything at once. Just what you need in the moment.
