My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I hope everyone here has a wonderful holiday! I can not say enough about how much I love and appreciate you all.... even though I have never met any of you all in person. You all have been there for me through the simple questions of recipes to my divorce. I feel like we have an incredible virtual family here. ((((HUGS)))) to everyone!

      I am away from DH not only today but on our 40th tomorrow. But I am currently holding our littlest gbaby while she naps. The not so little 2yo.
