Did you buy two of those? They look like they would be uncomfortable because of that poofed out upper back cushion. I don’t know what you can do. If you do indeed have two, maybe consider selling one (or maybe the store would take as return?) and getting a couple of good side chairs to use when you want the comfort.

Are you watching TV? Maybe it's too high(neck pain)?

Are you short and your neck/head doesn’t rest in the best spot? Maybe you could sit on a pillow. Or are you extra tall?

Are you watching tv from the couch? Is it mounted too high?

Costco has a great return policy, have you asked about returning it?

If you are shorter, the top overly large puffy back will hit you wrong and not be comfortable. I am 5 ft tall and these types of chairs and couches are very uncomfortable for me. If they are new, Costco would let you return them.  I would look for a couch that is more streamlined instead of the over stuffed puffy look.

Can you figure out how to deflate that puffy pillow? It looks terribly uncomfortable to me and maybe a little subtle surgery would help. Or try a big pillow that will smooth out the lump.

Return it! A couches meed to be comfy.

Return it and sit on what ever you replace it with and sorry but not lovely at all IMO just huge overstuffed for ne reason/

You should be able to return it, Costco has a great return policy.

Don't feel alone in this dilemma, as I too purchased a leather sofa from a high-end furniture store. I'm not short, but I experience the same issue.

My sofa is exceptionally slippery and uncomfortable and even pillows or blankets slide off. I will never get my money back if I were to sell it, but I would hate to inflict this issue on someone else. Never will I buy another leather sofa, but please do share what you have done to tackle this issue.
