Recently purchased a custom American Leather Sleeper sofa from Bova Furniture in Cincinnati Ohio. The sofa looks great, but the sofa sleeper is extremely firm and uncomfortable. We chose the premier option after trying it briefly at the store. Guests who have had the misfortune of sleeping on it, say it is as hard as a rock and makes their body hurt. Bova and American Leather both say the only option is to purchase a new gel or temperpedic mattress. Wish we had got the more comfortable mattress to begin with as it is super expensive! Don’t make the same mistake! Has this happened to anyone else?
