Help!! Blue Trellis Rug in Bedroom

I was gifted a very plush 9x12 blue/ivory trellis rug but don't know how to decorate my guest master using the rug. I am helpless when it ces to decorating but I do like the farmhouse look. The bedroom furniture is cherry wood and room is a blank canvas. I tried using a room planner software but no luck. Any suggestions. The room size is approx. 11'x17' what curtains, color bedding, decorations do I go with to pull the room all together?

I think ot would work, do a navy accent wall and perhaps the bed against that wall widen the curtain rod, have white or cream bedding with texture add pillows with texture, add a woven large throw in navy across the bed. paint the other walls a subdued cream white.

"Sorry" to say that I barely picture the rug with modern farmhouse, or in genuine way with animal picture... unless you added a photo of cowgirl in a ruffled blue dress. ;)

ὠ2.... Oh I completely get it I might as well get rid of the rug because I can't do anything with it myself. So frustrating

Certainly if you have the rug currently, you'd place it in the concept photo... ?

You could add watercolor or faced items in blue, etc... it doesn't hurt to experiment before giving it up.

If you like slim ticking, maybe this not-rustic bedding. You'd have to go a fine line between rustic farm and dressy look of the rug.

Thank you so very much to all those that commented. I became quickly overwhelmed with trying to get the Blue Trellis rug to work that it just began to be too much- so I am giving it away to a "friend of a friend" lol... NOW- I found a rug on Pinterest I think would pair very nicely but there is no link to it. Does anyone know where I can find this rug? I would ideally love it to be exact because I like the border but at this point, I can't be too picky.
