The wall looks unfinished, like something was taken off of it. I think the towel holder is in the way so you can't center anything over the toilet.

Out of curiousity, what was on the wall before the room was redone?

Is that a plaster finish on the wall?

This is a new build. Nothing has been on the wall since we moved in. The wall is finished. It’s a plaster wall with a skip-trowel finish.

Post a picture of the entire bathroom. Hard to tell without context.

Love your bath room! Maybe three framed prints would be nice and simple.

We might recommend just trying a painting or piece of art over the tub.
