One of our craftsman garage door openers (21 years old) will not open when remote pressed from the outside. Opens and closes fine when remote pressed on the inside of house (attached garage). Other opener opens and close fine from outside. We replaced and reprogammed the remote for the problem opener, but no improvement. What might be the problem? Thanks
