all bedrooms be master bedroom?or a big public bathroom is better?

I am constructing a 5-storey building with an area of 175 square meters per apartment and four three-bedroom apartments. There is currently a master bedroom in each apartment. Do you think it is better for all three bedrooms to be master bedrooms? And instead of a large bathroom, each room has a small bathroom. or one master bedroom in each apartment is enough?

Ask the real rstate rental person who will need to lease closets with bathrooms. In NYC, it would be a hit. Anywhere less tightly urban, it would not.

En suites spell luxury. So it depends on the neighbourhood and what competitors are offering.

Thank you for your answer, this is a good idea, I would like to know which apartment a person in a developed country with an urban environment would prefer

thank you for your answer, I decide to give the apartment to families, maybe a couple with one or two children, or a retired couple that will meet their children and grandchildren and their family in there. In fact, my goal is to design an apartment that is more fashionable, and still popular in the future, so I would like to know, based on statistics, which conditions most families in modern life and urban environments prefer. , Thank you for guiding me🙏

I would think the most popular configuration would be what is typical for a house with three bedrooms.

It would have a master bedroom with an ensuite of a nice size. A nice shower would be preferred by most people rather than a tub and small shower or a tub shower combination. The two guest bedrooms would share a bathroom and that bathroom would have a tub shower combination.

I have always lived in dense urban areas (Manhattan and now Los Angeles high rise condo) and that would be the configuration for your target audience. Having three small master bathrooms would be a configuration if you were renting to three unrelated people who needed to share the rent and personally I don't think that is the optimum tenant as families and empty nesters are more reliable and probably long term versus constantly moving as young unrelated professionals would.

Hi, I'm really thankful for your answer,my goal is to rent or sell any apartment to a family, thank you for your help, so a big facilited bathroom is better😊

If you target is vacation rentals, then I would do three en suite bathrooms for the three bedrooms. Otherwise, I think one en suite for master and one bathroom with shower for the two bedrooms to share is good.
