custom console/pedestal sink

Looking to have something like this made.. I’m hoping to buy the legs already made but I’m not sure how to go about the counter/backsplash/sink. Would I just have a marble company make the top and they mount the sink and legs to it? I’ve never done anything like this, and the one pictured is custom made in another country. Thanks for your help!
