IMO sectionals are the most expensive way to but a bunch of middle seats on a sofa. Comfort comes from arm rests no matter how big the sectional there are 2 so you have 2 people that are comfy and the rest all lind up like kids birthday party all those seats just like sitting in the dreaded middle seat on a sofa. I like a sofa and 2 choirs for the most comfy seating for 4 and for furniture arranging.

No one wants to try and converse when they're lined up as though on the bleachers at a game You'll be happier and find you have more flexibility with a 3-seat sofa and a pair of upholstered armchairs.

You can‘t stretch out with book or nap in an armchair. The one woman crusade against sectionals is silly.

i like the looks of the sofa. We had a C&B sofa years ago and it was great and very comfy. We’re looking currently at, gasp, sectionals from C&B for our basement.
