Hello

We are going to have a Long (108 inches base - base cabinets are 24 inches deep) L-Shaped Kitchen island in our new kitchen. The top is 2cm thick Dekton Laurent countertops.

My question is :

1. How much overhang can there be before i need supports underneath?

2. OR with such a long length is it wise to put in Supports regardless?

We were thinking of 10 inches of overhang for sitting.
