Hey all -

I recently had hardwood floors refinished. The flooring contractor, and our agreement, called for three coats of poly. The floors looked beautiful at first; however, within a month of the work, I've noticed peeling in certain places, and even bare exposed wood. I'm seriously suspecting that the contractor took short cuts, but have no idea how to verify how many coats of poly are on the wood.

Any ideas/suggestions/advice?
