Can you cover screws/pins on sprayed kitchen island

Hello,
Got a new sprayed kitchen fitted a few weeks ago. I noticed yesterday on the island that the tiny screws in the island have come out through the paint. It's very noticeable and I can feel the rest of them under the paint, I know the paint is going to chip off these too.
I'm guessing they weren't tapped in far enough before spraying. Is there any easy way to solve this I'm not sure if you can sand and respray.
Any advice would be great.

They were not set properly. They need to be suck correctly filled and then the cabinets repainted.

Thank you. It wasn't hand painted it was sprayed before fitting with 2 pack paint, can this be resprayed OK? The granite countertop is in place so panels can't be taken apart to be sprayed separately can it be sprayed while in place in kitchen. (Sounds messy!)

Thats where they used the touch up kit to cover the tiny little pin nails. Perfectky normal for sheen and color to vary on that. They just need a second color to mix in a bit. No big deal at all.
