Thoughts on kitchen finishes?

I'm trying to update my kitchen a bit, working around my existing cabinetry. What are your thoughts on these choices?
Also, I've been researching IKEA/Semihandmade cabinets a bit. Does anyone have experience with that? Do you think it would be worth replacing these old custom cabinets with those?
Note: The colors on my mood board are probably more true to color than my rendering.
