May sound strange to you, but have you considered painting the walls under the porch white to match the window trim. That would brighten things a lot and make your fresh door/storm color really pop!

I would usually pick the Surf Blue, because it is such a beautiful color, but, on your house, I really think the green Corn Stalk would look absolutely perfect.

A light blue that matches the sky! I like the idea of lightening that alcove. Take the paint color of the rest of the stucco then lighten it by about two-thirds with white paint. Or find that paint on a paint strip then go many times lighter.

@decoenthusiaste I hadn't thought of that, but it's a very rough stucco so I'm not sure how that would look. I have thought about doing a brick or rock veneer on the wall that the front door is on someday.
