Totally random but I have another window up where I am doing work, and lo and behold i come across this: the worst-performing loan in July was RugsUSA! Apparently they did a buyout last Fall and maybe the outlook is weaker today. LOL, maybe you can negotiate a lower price.

Mtnr, Thanks for the tip! RugsUSA has it in stock in all sizes! I will not actually take possession of the house that I have under contract until mid Sept. Until then I am not sure of what size that I will need. But it looks like I can get it in any size that I need. You guys are the best!!!
