We have Royal Oak Maison from there and recently started noticing discoloration- splotchy and some just look like their striped in a corner or edge, and seal flaking. We are not rough on our floors- 4lb dog, no shoes in the house, use the recommended cleaning products, etc. All the same flooring in the photos, I’m not sure why they look different, but they started darker like the middle photo new.

Those of you that have had issues, did you contact DM about their 25yr warranty they offer on all their flooring? What was your experience? We’re just starting this process so I want to be prepared. We’ve only had them 4.5 yrs, and did the entire main floor- 2500 sq ft. 😭
