Anybody else want or have that cottage vibe?

Even though your house does not look cottage like. Does anybody else feel as if it would look good as an interior? If not on the outside. Did anybody put wall planks if that's what they are,if Iam correct on that. On all there walls and either paint or stain them white. Over plain wall board walls.Thought it would be a great idea.
