Can you tell me what size the pantry is? The family room? The mudroom?

I am looking at the Modern Farmhouse built by Peregrine design in 2020 in Burlington, Vermont. We are building a house and room sizes would be very helpful. It would also be great to know what size the kitchen and dining area are.

Hi Lise,

Thank you for your interest in our Modern Farmhouse. The pantry is approximately 6' wide by 11' long. The mudroom entry is about 8' wide and opens up to about 15". Overall about 28' long. The kitchen and dining area is about 44' x 15'. The family room is about 18' x 20'. I hope that is helpful.

Thank you for your prompt response to my inquiry. However, you said that the size of the kitchen and dining area is 44 feet x 15 feet. Is this correct? 44 feet is a very large area. If this is an error, please let me know the correct size of the kitchen and dining area. Thank you.
