If that back pantry wall isn't load-bearing, then you could do 2-foot deep cabinets and give the extra foot to the room on the other side of the wall.

Under your given space constraints, I think it could work. Put 24" deep shelves at the end and narrower along the back, maybe 12". That gives you a 24" aisle, which isn't spacious, but workable.

Alternatively, put a swinging door close to your cabinets, so you enter nearer the middle. You could put narrow shelves on the right, perfect for jars and cans.

Agree w/Latifolia. Hinge an 18-20” outswing door at cabs, use right wall (and/or backwall) for 2.5” deep shelving and/or hanging pots, brooms etc. 5.5” deep shelf at rear wall (or more hanging of deeper pots or both)

Left deep end should be dog food/rice bags at floor level,.

The pocket door is fine if you need constant access to the nook. But $$$$
