Could the large dresser work between the two doors instead of the taller chest? Do you need that taller chest?

Actually I had the large dresser between the 2 doors and moved it lol.. the taller chest was in the walk in closet.. it can go back in there! however, that means I need ideas for what to put on those walls lol..

Yes move chest back into closet and let's try to add a chair..looks like you have one in the corner under tv and give the rest of space breathing room..you could remove the mirror from dresser and you could add a floor mirror next to the chair..add art over dresser.

I will do that this weekend. new curtains show up sunday! do you still recommend the same pillow covers since I changed the curtains? and using the fur blanket?

thank you for all the advice!!! we bought this house 3 yrs ago (downsized) and I have some issues with decorating it. To many projects! Ok, we are going to redo the walk in closet. Yes!! so with that said I will be getting rid of the furniture. So what would you suggest for a smaller dresser or piece of furniture on the one wall? I love my husband, he is my handy guy.

What lamps? Are you keeping your NS? The night stands have to be at least the width of the lamp shade?

sorry yes as of now I am keeping my NS, the ones I have are 20inch and I felt like 17 in lamps would over power the NS?

I think with how tight your bedroom is you could do 2 round pedestal NS that I’ll open up floor space on that tight area by the bathroom door..and the top round can be much bigger…what does that wall measure close to the bathroom door? Does the door swing into bath or into room?

I have 4ft from the bed to the bathroom door. the door to the bathroom swings in.

- do you mean too drab if in a neutral color room? If the tv is on top, possibly a dark unit is fine.

There are beautiful rooms of neutrals - the wonderful finishes make it awesome.

Yours is fine, and like mine, can't make it into a magazine. I suggest considering more lively neutrals --- Color is our friend. :)

What size are the lamps you saw? Look too small…maybe we need to look at taller slender lamps.

That works if a lamp is needed on the dresser..do you have overhead lighting?

the ceiling fan has a light, I was just thinking of using it for the color or added feature because I like those big lamps.

well closet bid came in for material.. wow... $$$$ more than I thought and that with my husband doing it. so my budget just went down. I really want the closet redone.

Do your closet..get the pillows for bed..keep your dresser..and we can find some new NS just get me a budget and I will see what I can find.
